"Magical" Self-Care Jar Kit

To make your own magical self-care jar, simply go to this link, print it out (preferably in color), cut out the pre-made self-care activities and jar label, fold and put them in the jar, and choose one per day (or as many as you'd like!).  This way, you can make self-care a daily habit, one act of care at a time.
